The climate in Northeast China during spring and summer is pleasant, making it a well-known summer resort. On May 14th, the Ice and Snow Crown Tourism Alliance, along with the four northeastern provinces (autonomous regions) of Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia, came to Chongqing as a group to hold a summer tourism promotion event, inviting citizens of Chongqing to enjoy the beautiful scenery and cool summer in Northeast China.

The "Crown of Ice and Snow" Tourism Alliance - Summer Tourism Promotion Conference of the Four Northeastern Provinces (Autonomous Regions), organized by Harbin Ice and Snow World Co., LTD.
